Ford 3000 cav injector pump W and U stamp

Putting my 3000 back together after burning a piston. Did not mark the injector pump lines when I tore the engine down. Need to verify the lines location on the injector pump.

There should be a dowel in the drive gear that fits into the slot in the injection pump drive hub.

It's kinda hard to see but this picture shows the dowel between two of the bolts.

This one's hard to see also but the timing mark on the pump lines up with the 0 on the block.

I have to have the pump # inorder to look it up to tell u which pump cylinder is #1..

The numbers are 3233F 640 the 640 is crossed off and 639 is stamped in. The lower number is ROA11TT

I just saw your latest post.. actually stumbled on to it..
I don't get notifications until 3:00am the following day..
I'm having trouble getting into the CAV server..
The bent lines should be an indication of what goes where..?? especially seeing theres only 3.!!
I'll let u know when I get u an answer..

Should be easy to mock them up if you didn’t bend them out of shape when you removed them.

unfortunately the prior owner decided to make them straighter

Ok. I guess I didn't understand the first time.

On my 1973 4000 SU, the line that comes from the top, back of the pump goes to #1, front of engine. The line that comes from the front of the pump, on the side goes to #3. The line that comes from the bottom goes to #2.
