Ford 3930

Just bought a 1990 Ford 3930, 45 hp, 2wd, no FEL, with only 1400 hrs and new rubber all around. Everything seems to work well. Paid $5500. I feel like I got a good deal. Any thoughts.

Yeah I think you did good! My uncle has the exact same tractor... it's a workhorse. I think he has around 700 hours and has never had any trouble.

I think you did great. I have a 1997 3930 4WD with 900 hrs. The power and weight works great on steep ground. The tractor is also easy to service.

I think you did great. I bought a '97 3430 with 2200 hrs for considerable more. What area are you in?
You will like the tractor. It is great machine. Plenty of power, easy to work on and one of the most reliable of the NH breed. Pictures please.

That sounds like a great price on that machine - especially compared with a machine for sale locally. A nearby dealer has a 1991 model 3930 2WD w/ 410hrs. listed @ $ 12,500.
