Ford 6610 4wd...too much tractor?

Hard to tell anything from the pics, looks like more than the arms are missing off the 3 point hitch. PTO hasn't been used much apparently. Not sure what that rear attachment is. I'm not good at Ford models. Did plow a couple of acres with an 8630 on the weekend though!

If I were going to do what you say you wanted to on hilly, treed land, I would do all the clearing work with a crawler type machine and not a wheel tractor. Buy or rent a small cat to do this. It's so much safer on steep ground and they are shielded so you won't put stick through the radiator or rip off a hose , etc.

Once you have the place cleared and all the rocks and logs pushed and dragged to where ever, sell it and get a wheel tractor with a wide stance to maintain the place, build fence, mow etc.

I had a wooded place and working with a wheeled tractor was a pain.

Money is our main negative...we have a lack of it.
Have thought of just getting someone in to do the clearing all at once with heavy equipment but have heard that can have a negative impact on the land and the remaining trees.

I have used..okay abused the poor little Massey doing the little that has been cleared,using the loader bucket as a battering ram to take down whatever it can then cutting it with the rotary cutter....not pretty but has worked.

The thing about bigger/higher HP tractors is that you really should have the implements to match and they just plain cost more. I would never run my RFM on that big of tractor for example, but it is great on my Kubota L3130.
