I put a dime on this plug for a pressure gauge...If you dont have a 5000psi gauge, just open plug up a few turns, leave a few threads, just crank a few turns on the starter, to check if there is high pressure coming/spraying out....if no pressure, run 3p up to stop (max pressure) then there should be pressure....
Ditto what mikes tractor said.. wrong plug.. and running the lift up doesn't make max pressure.
according to the manual, if you want to test the pressure, you chain the upper lift arms to the axle trumpets, then operate the lift... the pressure on the gauge on the #3 plug should show relief pressure..
