Welcome to TBN, neighbor and fellow KTP employee /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif!! I'm B-crew trim; how about you? Congratulations on that new TC35. That is one fine ride. I priced that same tractor last year at 3 dealers and also got 3 different prices. There was a $700 spread from high to low. I got the best price and was most impressed with Big 3. They seem much more laid back and easier to talk to. I have yet to purchase as I am undecided between the TC33 and the TC35 /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif. May I ask where you purchased yours and if possible the price? Feel free to send me a private message if you are more comfortable doing it that way. By the way, thanks to all the truck fans out there who keep buying Superdutys. It keeps us going /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Wow what a small world! Glad to meet you "trkbldr". I'm A-crew frame line. I purchased my TC35 at Big 3 tractor and you are correct, they are easy going, not pushy, and laid back. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif Not to mention the best price around.
The TC33 is a nice tractor, but for me it was a little on the small side; chassis and loader specs. specifically. Just take your time and test drive each one before you decide. Both are quality built machines that will last a lifetime /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I have to agree with you on all your requirements but one. The employee may be a worker at a Visteon plant. They do not have to be a Ford Direct worker. My brother-in-law owns my new round bailer. He is an Engineer at a Visteon plant. Funny thing, he lives in an up-scale subdivision, north of Detroit. I guess NH figured he needed a round bailer to bale his front lawn!!

Some of the people that work at Visteon are still Ford employee's on loan to Visteon. Might this be the case?

I buy my vehicles on the D plan through my brother. When I asked about A,X,D plan pricing at my NH dealer, he just shook his head and said "We don't do those here".
But I still didn't pay MSRP so........ /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Funny thing. I get a lot of junk mail now with his name on it at my address. NH must sell their customer list's to everyone.

You asked the wrong question to the dealer. Because your brother is a Ford employee, you are not eligible for the discount. Your brother is. That is why my bailer is in my brother-in-laws name, not mine.

As far as I know, all NH dealers participate. My dealer in Monroe, Mi., told me exactly what Spencer stated, that is, he gets a check direct from NH. I paid exactly what he floor planned the bailer for plus freight and prep (according to what NH states as prep time) He (Bill) even handed me the shipping invoice on the bailer.

Actually Daryl,
At the time I asked the question, the owner had no idea who I was, or if I worked for Ford. He just mentioned they do not participate in those discount plans.
I would have put the TC18 in my brothers name if need be.

I have to disagree with you I took this directly from the dealer manual. update 12/03 my posting above is exactly how it is worded in the manual I just copied and pasted it to here from our dealer web site. Upon reading your post I would have to say the dealer did not follow the program to the letter since he did not give you invoice less settlement programs. Balers allways have settlement programs.
