Nice. Looks about like my 2012 3.5 EcoBoost. My dad just bought another 2016 3.5 and I can tell you for a fact the 750# they shaved off vs my 2012 and the 2014 he traded makes it feel like there is a extra 50 HP under the hood. Enjoy. Chris

With the deals Ford has on the 16's right now, that explains why I'm seeing more and more of this new body style around. They aren't planning on letting GM get their foot in the door anytime soon. I also think Ford Corporate had a come to Jesus meeting with some dealers because the attitudes are night and day from what im used to. They easily knocked off 22% off the msrp and didn't bat an eye. Where they made up the difference on me is a mystery because I have no clue, and I've gone over the numbers several times.

This 2.7 will smoke, I can only immagine what they 3.5 feels like. I can see me being happy with this truck for a long time. Any tips on maintaining a turbo engine? No sea foam, I've heard that. That include in the gas tank too?

Nice truck! Congrats! As you can tell from my username, I'm partial to Fords... :)

Thanks! Yeah this is my first Ford and I'm absolutely tickled with it!

Those coolers are stupid. All the "high end" brands. There's no magic. They have massively thick walls and no space inside. Of course they keep I've colder longer. There's no space in them! It's just foam insulation. It's like selling you a 200$ adjustable wrench and calling it "unbreakable" but it's 3" thick and weighs 100lbs. And everyone thinks it's the best wrench ever! Wow! It won't break! I use igloo from Walmart. Holds 180qt of of ice and all the food and drinks I need. 49 bucks. Awesome truck by the way. I have '13 ecoboost 3.5 and it's great. Also transit van 3.5. Even faster.

Your exactly right about those coolers. They're very heavy when loaded down, much less empty. You'd be surprised how many people are coming into the dealership and buying a vehicle and getting a cooler. I saw 3 in the hour that I was there. Insane!

It seems like yesterday they were advertising brand new trucks for $2000.00.

Have you tried sport mode yet?

My first truck was a 95 reg cab Toyota 4x4 manual. I wanna say it was $13,xxx. I do remember the extended cab with auto (same truck) was only $500 more. That was back when extended cabs and autos weren't cool in a truck. Everyone wanted the reg cab and manual. Those were the days!

Not yet. I've heard it's a blast though! Took some getting use to the start-stop technology. I've already figured out how to make the truck keep running (don't hold the brake down all the way). I have 80 miles on the truck and it's showing 20.5mpg. That's crazy!

I just test drove a 2016 3.5 eco for a day. The dealer didn't mention sport mode but on the way home I noticed it on the shifter. I now refer to it as fun mode. :D
