could you post some pictures of the dissected filters that you have dismembered??? It would be interesting to see what they look like on the inside, especially if they changed designs between the time you first started and later ones.

It's been a year or two since the last one. I didn't keep any. The ends were cheap paper board and didn't look like it would hold the pleats together very well. That is why, I could believe the story about the medium coming apart.
