I don't know; that's why I authored this post. I would hate to see a member here screwed. As for eBay, I tried to find a way to report it, but their website wasn't friendly to my eyes.

I missed the double 'exposure' point of your thread. I looked at one pic and thought your point was the bucket on backwards.

The bucket is not even connected to the hoe. They tossed the bucket down to take the picture. The hoe is resting on the bucket. Those pictures were from a legitimate ad by JD Equipment in London, OH stolen and posted several times.
Yep, fraud. We delete them when we see them. And we ban the users (usually AOL IPs so we can't ban IPs, but we delete their accounts).

inspector507, agreed the photos are from JD Equipment in London, OH.
FYI....While working through all this today, I noticed two other units on eBay 5674496932 ($7,000 buys this one, the serial number suggest sold in WI and last service at 125 hours and doesn't match the 75 hours posted, warranty to Aug 06, I think I will phone that owner and see if he is missing a unit or fraud serial number) and 7749709142 which can be bought for $2900.
