That is what I do also. You may need a spacer washer depending on the grinder arbor. Mine needs about 3/16" of spacer to tighten down properly on a flap wheel.

Most grinders you have to flip the nut for whizzer wheels and flappers. they are set up for grinding wheels.

Thank you bud! I just ordered and got my 10 pack coming at me. If they are as good as the company claims I'll be ordering more. This is a product that I but at the local weeks shop for around $6 per wheel, so good regular price at $33 shipped for 10 is much cheaper than Economy Welding down in town.

Just received mine. I got two 5 packs. One is 40grit, the other 60grit.

They are an assortment,, but, they are wrapped in two packages.

You can look at the edge of the packs and see the different grits, the "flaps" are different sizes for the different grits.

I have heard the "free" discs are one order of ten per customer,,,

but, $2.30 per disc ain't bad either,,,

There are two types of abrasive that flap wheels are made out of,,,
HF sells the cheap abrasive flap wheels for $0.99,, they sell the ones with the same abrasive as Benchmark uses for $6.99 each,,,
