Where are the coupons coming from and how do I get one?

i think when you finance something through Deere is when they start sending you all that stuff. that's the way it happened to me anyways. you could also go to Deere.com and look around the website, i'm sure there's a mailing list you could join.

Must be you have to finance something bigger than a garden tractor to get on the list.:(

Hello all, I have seen the discussions around the flyer we sent out that had the free toolbox offer. In order to get the flyer, a customer/prospect had to be qualified as a part-time producer or large property owner in selected states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, West Virginia, and Missouri.

For those of you that do reside in one of these selected states and you think you may qualify as a part-time producer, let me know. I can check to see where you fall in our database and if you do, we can make sure you are on the mailing list for future quarterly flyers. For those of you that did receive a flyer, be aware that future flyers will be coming and more potential offers. Thanks all.

guess i got it for ag related reasons as Mark stated. i recently bought a 56hp tractor, but had recieved these offers in the mail before that. guess i fit their demographic(750 acre farm/tree farmer). i can also tell you that the only offers i have ever recieved from JD were all ag related(generators, tractors, implements, air compressors, etc). i don't remember ever getting one about lawn tractors or weed eaters and such.

All, you can hear more about the new utility tractors we introduced by checking out this link:
John Deere Introduces New Compact Tractors for Market Niches

Our PR team talks about the new tractors and you can find out more about an event coming up in the near future called the "Drive Green" caravan.

All, I hate to give you the bad news that I won't be able to send you the current flyer that had the free toolbox offer. I really wish I could, but I have been told to not do that. I am sure you understand what I mean. :)

I will, however, make sure that those of you who qualify as a part-time producer will be put on the mailing list for the next flyer that comes out.

With that said, I still would like to read what all of you have to say in this forum and understand better your problems and needs for John Deere products you own or are in the market to consider. I may even ask the group at times what you think about potential flyers we are going to send out to get your thoughts and comments. Let me know if this is fine with all of you. I value what you have to share and want to represent the John Deere brand in the best way I know how in listening to what you have to say. :)

Mark@JD - JD needs to change their "whole goods" distribution model. We don't like having to deal with our local dealers to get what most of the world calls accessories - lights - kits - anything aftermarket. No one wants to deal with both their sales person and their parts department to get this stuff at an inflated price. Why can't we just buy it direct from JD online, or allow dealers that want to, to list and sell online? At the very least, add them to the parts system so that we can order online and pick up at our dealer without having to deal with sales people (who know nothing about these inexpensive options anyway).

Since you asked, Mark. :D

I'll echo what Scott said. It is very frustrating to finally figure out the BM number for something you need, and then neither sales nor parts at the dealer know what you're talking about. If the have the specific item number, parts should be able to get it for you without explaining yourself again to someone who wants to sell you a new tractor (when what you want is a rear work light). The add-on accessories should be easier to access.

Case in point. I wanted a forward auxiliary hydraulic kit for a 430 loader on a 4410 tractor. The tractor and loader were less than 3 years old, the kit was NLA and it took three trips and several hours at the dealer to get the parts right, plus it was much, much more expensive than the kit had been.
