For those of you who receive the quarterly flyers in the mail, can you provide feedback on what you like about them, what suggestions you have for improving them, etc.? Also, what types of mailings encourage you to visit your dealer? Thank you.

I dont get any flyers....BUT...What would encourage me to visit my dealer would be savings coupons good on USEABLE parts such as % off Filters, % off on Grease & Oils, etc...
I've read on farm related forums of "Savings Months" in big Midwest Dealers where in a certian month a certian group of items such as filters & fluids are deeply discounted....I would love to know if/when such events are going on so I could plan ahead and stock up...

My wife picked up the toolbox last evening and like B8FISH said very nice toolbox .
3 sliding drawers and nice top tray.

I wasn't expecting anything as large as this toolbox and seems to be made out of some good material. not just a cheap ,break it the first time you try and use it.

I to would like to see a savings month, espicaly spring or fall and including the garden tractor end of the spectrum. While I dont drop massive amounts of money on ag equipment, we live in a small subdivision on the edge of town unfortunatly, I do spend quite a bit keeping our two older JD garden tractors running and looking new. Both of our 316 and 318 have new JD cup holders, all JD issue filters ect. The local Rural King does a Saturday each fall where there is no state sales tax charged, the company picks up that part of the bill, and they have good sales on everything. The local dealer in town is just L&G and a few compacts, the ag dealer is a town or so over from me. Lets see a customer appreciation day and get the folks back into the dealers for their L&G needs and out of the big box stores. I know I would rather support the local dealer over a corperation.
