I just love the end of the week... wife works next door at the 36 hole golf course... Seniors play on thursday, business' on friday and sat... Wow... BBQ beef, BBQ Chicken, Green beans, etc... She just brings home plates of the good stuff... No cooking for about four days, just in time for the the end of the week and it all starts again... those catered meals are just great... Reminds me of the Chiefs Mess on Navy Ships!
