Rolando,
Holy Cow! These guys are really starting to sound really jealous of Toolcats. Who said a Toolcat could do it all? Who said a Tractor could do it all? Nobody! One things for sure, a Toolcat can do more than my CUT can and with ease. I'm seriously considering selling my CUT when my Toolcat comes in.

1) If your maintain a "country club" type property and you need a "perfect" cut you need a Walker ZTR mower, not a B3030. Most folks don't have a putting green in thier front yard. I think you'll be impressed with the cut
2) With mower and operator my Hustler mower weighs in at over 1000lbs. There was far more damage done by my Hustler ZTR doing a 180 turn than the 5000lb AWS Toolcat.
3) Compaction Concerns? Get the lower PSI turf tires after your finished clearing your lot
4) Fact: Mowing/Brush cutting is far easier and visibility is better with the deck out front. I have neck and back problems from looking back so much.
5) Fact: Sharp blades, "not" tip speed have more to do with a quality cut. In approx. 3 seconds you lift the toolcats deck 84" to easily remove the blades, and clean out grass. The buildup of grass will reduce lift. Servicing the mower deck of the Midmount B3030???? Let's just say, I hope you have a lot of extra time and energy!
6) Maintainence: Can you change oil and filter? Can you change and air filter? Can you use a grease gun? I certainly hope so. Othewise, you ain't gonna to break a darn thing on this machine clearing 5 acres!
7) Someone said you could hire someone to clear your land: I charge $65.00 labor per hour, plus equipment, fuel, and round trip transport. Rolando, with the Toolcats resale value you could buy a Toolcat, do the work yourself, sell it on ebay when your finished and "still" save thousands over hiring someone like me.
8) Fact: The Toolcat is cheaper than the B3030? How you may ask? Buy both, spend the next year clearing your property and trade them both in. The dealer will offer you around 5k less than you paid for the Toolcat. You'll be offered approx. half of 23K you paid for the B3030HSTC with MMM, and FEL.
9) The Toolcat can't load itself? Da! You can't get anything past these guys.
If the B3030 and the Toolcat were the same price, Bobcat would have to build another plant. Follow me on this one CUT guy's.
