No...not until now. Its far better than the US site. Did you look at the slick vid of the TL? Thanx for the link.

If you had an added front hydraulic outlet, high enough hydraulic flow rates (~17 gpm) and a quick-tach, Bobcat style attachment on your FEL, you could use the Bobcat 72 or 90" Mower or similiar aftermarket mower/rotary cutter mounted on the front of your tractor. Hope this helps!
No front 3 point nor PTO necessary!

Also, the Case IH UK has those full size wallpapers.
I haven't checked the MF UK or the others. They just about ALL have a better website than the US site.

If you don't mind the "no habla inglese", the Italian, South African, and Brazilian sites are also pretty good.
You just have to "click everything" to find the stuff of interest.

Ever heard of or seen a New Holland TV145 Bidirectional Tractor?

It is a hydrostatically driven, 4WD, articulated steering, 105 PTO HP tractor that can be ordered with 3PH and PTO and SCVs on both ends (engine end, cab end). With the hydrostatic transmission, it goes just as good in "forward" or "backward" directions.

Although at first glance it might look like a conventional tractor layout, the operators station in the cab actually rotates 180 degrees inside the cab enclosure. Therefore, you actually face in which ever primary direction you are currently moving.

The physical TV145 brochure's show it set up for haying. The tractor is being driven in "reverse" with a MOCO header attached to the rear 3PH of the tractor (now the leading edge), the cab turned to face the rear of the tractor, and the tractor towing a second center pivot MOCO off the front end of the tractor (now the trailing edge). Basically, it is cutting double the hay in one pass.

Any way, I stumbled across the TV145 at New Holland dealers in Longmont Colorado and Wheatland Wyoming and thought it was a completely unique and utilitarian tractor.

If you're interested, here's a link to the TV 145 on New Holland's website: TV145

Yes, thanx. I have heard of the TV but never have seen one. I've only seen TNs, TLs, and TS's but nothing bigger. In the areas I've lived no one has need for anything bigger than a TS. Well, let's say no one buys anything bigger than a TV. I agree that they look very usable esp the hydro transmission. I wonder how popualr they are...how many NH sells in a year.

New hollands magazine had a cool article with someone running a front 16' front moco and a 16' swung out back moco for a 32 swath. I believe they were TV's. Ok TV's is a bit weird.

Years ago, there was a rash of those catching fire. Something to do with the way the cab tilted. Apparently, when owners had tilted the cabs to perform maintainence, when they were put back in operating position, there were wiring and/or oil lines caught somewhere in the hinge mechanism. Which caused a short after a while.
I wonder if NH ever made that a little more fool proof.

One problem with the TV 145 is the price. It is a great machine and is an excellent haying tractor but the added cost for it is crazy. I don't remember everything but it was over $10k more then a decked out equal hp tractor. Then you had the higher cost for the mower attachment to use the front 3pt. In the end it is way to costly for most to justify unless you have a dairy farm and need a great loader/hay tractor.

But they are a great machine and one Versatile/Ford/New Holland has been selling for quite a long time now.

How would the price compare to a self propelled forage harvester? Krone makes one and NH I think does also.
