Are you familiar with the front axle float adjustment screw? If you face the front of the tractor and crouch down so your eye is at axle level there is a bolt there with a lock nut. This holds the axle tight on the axle. If you lift the front end off the ground with the loader, grab the front axle and try to move it back and forth. There should be almost no play.
The manual in the maintenance section should have a section that shows how to adjust this bolt and it does say this can cause noise.
