Front axle drive unit drain plug size

Finally was able to remove my drain and vent plug from front axle drive unit, what fun! Anybody know what size/pitch metric/standard those nice little pipe plugs are? I have done a search in the Google box but nothing came up like to try and find them locally. Might be nice if I said what I have: Mahindra 5010 HST.

First off it is probably Metric. Second is it a tapered pipe thread or a straight machine thread. Figure that out and go to your local hardware store and buy a handfull of different sizes with in reason and go for it. That's what I do when in a corner.

Thanks Texasmark, that's what I usually do, I was thinking metric also and it is a straight machine type tread. Well off to Ace hardware today and see what I can find. :thumbsup:
