The quick hitch and the blade. The quick hitch went together well.

This is a front blade for a tractor. The box says "fragile"??????????

Looks good;does that go where the brush-guard mounts?Bolts to the frame? The hitch looks similar to what I had on a sub-frame mounted plow on a L3130.

The hitch is somewhat universal in that with adaptation kits, it can rack the front snowblower, a rotary broom, a dozer blade, etc.

I had a super heavy BX2763 dozer 60" blade in the past and it was a super nice blade, but yeow!!! The price has simply gone out of sight and it turned out to be way over kill just for snow. This is the TG series blade and it is plenty, plenty stout enough for snow.

Yes, unfortunately, the brush guard has to be removed.

Well, Houston, we have a problem.

The interior box that should have contained all the blade hardware, such as trip spring, skid shoes, bolts, pins, etc was not there. The interior box, when opened, revealed another female slip hitch cowbell. Ah…. already one of those in the hitch box and cannot really use two of those.

Call into the dealer, of course. There's going to be a rain delay and don't know when play will resume. Kinda glad I didn't wait until November or December and they were calling for that big, early blizzard or something. Sigh. Stuff happens.

Just got a call from my salesman. Good of him to call and keep me informed. Says most of the parts have come in, but he's still waiting "for the rest to "come in from a different warehouse". OK. Says he'll UPS the parts to me once they're all assembled.

So, we just wait.

I have the same type of set up and the dealer delivered it fully assembled and operational all I had to do was mount the subframe. On my 2620 you don't have to remove the front guard. It sits on what might be called the weight bar.
