The two wheel tractor is a good candidate if you attach a rear axle with counterweight and a seat on top, with an articulation joint. you can steer by simply pushing the handlebars aside. when loaded, it will have the weight on the driven wheels which is good.

depending on the need, there are some rear bucket units that do not lift very high but would put the load on the rear instead of the front wheels,
