Get the 54in. Works GREAT! Costs depends on components needed. You may already have some of the components. Here is what I needed/wanted for a new 2320:

Hey guys,

Just thought I'd pass along my 2720 activities. I had the quick connect blade paid for and on the list to be delivered to our place and then I woke up to 22" of the white stuff, in October, and quickly was reminded why I like my walk behind snow blower so much. That is it gets rid of the snow and does no damage to the areas around the drive leaving the place looking very sharp.

Given that I have a rear blade, CX200 materials bucket, forks, rock rake, and b-box, it seemed, just wrong, not to have the 54" snow blower

Of course, as I drove past the JD Dealer, they had the 54" smartly mounted on a nice new 2720 right out front for my taunting... it didn't take much to turn me around and in to see Mike I went!

The long of it is I received full credit for the front blade (I really don't need) off of what was a very respectful sale price.

the plan is for the dealer to pick up the 2720, load the tires, and mount the quick hitch and blower.

The JD video on you tube is great! Can't wait for the snow and Yes, I love my 2720!
