Hi, im new here, just wondering if anyone knows what kind of pump and bracket i need to put a loader on a 135 massey ferguson. its a '70s model with a 3cyl perkins diesel. I'd like a front mounted pump cause i have a pto winch on the back. appreciate any help.

Check into a loader that has the pump mounted on the loader frame. MF has/had front mounted pumps and pump drives. The most simple pump drive I've seen had a fluted/splined shaft that simply was an interference fit into the engine crankshaft driven pulley. That shaft connected to the pump drive shaft with a flex (rag) joint to accomodate minor misalignment. A pump mount consisting of a couple of pairs of plates to allow for vertical and horizontal adjustment will minimize driveshaft misalignment. Something along these lines should work for you.

Thanks for the advice, i've never seen one with the pump mounted on the loader, i'm still trying to find a used loader that will fit. Any suggestions on pump gpm? i had considered a 2 stage pump but i've never heard of anyone trying that. Thanks
