front snow blade

Dont know about fit. But as far as worth, it depends on if the quick hitch comes with it. I looked at a front plow set up and it was about 1800.00 with the quick hitch delivered here to mass from Barlows. So depending on condition an what comes with it. Maybe. I found a front mount snowblower with the quickhitch and hydraulic shute rotator new for 2700.00. So I never bought the plow

Well, I would say it depends on the type of snow you get most of the time. Where I live, its always blowing snow so snowthrower with no cab is not my idea of fun. I just ended up taking a truck plow and fabbed a hitch to go on my FEL arms. cost? free plow plus scrap metal from pile, 3 pins from TSC= priceless and useful.

The 60" hydraulic with Quick Hitch is absolutely worth it. Turns your BX into a plowing machine.

Frankly, a complete assembly, bought at a grand, if in clean shape or returned to clean shape, will net you a tidy profit come next December when the snow flies. When it's coming down, guys pay top dollar to get these blades. Sold mine for $1700. Typically, the dealers sell out, don't stock that many, because they are pricey and the back-log is long on re-ordering.

All the recent BXs take the same assembly. The first generation BX1500 was the odd man out.

I was really torn in selling my 60" blade and QH. I loved it for plowing. Money dictated the swap for a FEL. Wish I had had the funds for both.

OK, did my parts number check. Both of those numbers are correct.
Good buy, imo. If in nice condition, it is, frankly, a money maker should you choose to un-ring the bell. There simply isn't a faster way to get rid of snow, as long as you start wide and have some places to shove it. Good for you!

What else is needed? Valve block on tractor and 4 hoses. Not likely those are missing from either the QH nor the tractor.

If you run into any questions when mounting it, give me holler.
