I went by the John Deere catalogue specs not realizing that on the JD 4300 the folding ROPS adds about 6" to overall height. I was going slow enough that it only wacked the shed opening a little.
One advantage (maybe the only one) of a gravel floor in the sheds - you can excavate a little to give you clearance.
