I use a bit of power service.. but that's about it.
I've never heard of the stuff that you mention.. but ....
Here is what the company has to say about their product..:
Omstar D-1280X is registered with the Environmental Protection Agency as a "combustion improver (anti-smoke agent), upper cylinder lubricant, gum solvent, valve lubricant, cetane improver, carburetor and choke cleaner," for diesel and gasoline. It has been marketed as such since 1984.

Ditto for me. I don't go through that much diesel (I keep in a 30 gal barrel) and have had no problems with the fuel when I add those additives. Homebrew, I wonder if it's a "local" thing since we're neighbors? Nah, I know Highbeam uses them too.HomeBrew2 said:

I used to have to worry about fuel aging a bit.. but now.. every time i pull the tractor out.. it burns 5g.. so my supply stays pretty fresh now..

You're lucky to have daily access to the tractor(s) whereas in my case, I may only see it every-other weekend. And even then, there's always some camp repairs and other chores besides seat time....I envy you.Soundguy said:

I probably still only run them once a week or once every 2 weeks, depending on what I'm doing.. but when i do run them.. I burn 5g of diesel at a time if the mower is involved. Luckilly.. that 5g of diesel burns in 2-3 hours.. so it doesn't kill my entire day. As you mention.. too many chores to do!
