A nut, bolt and five minutes on a lathe could make that. How many do you need? :D

when I had the 2005 toolcat I had made a set, borrowed them from the dealer for the weekend and copied them and yes easy to make up on a lathe and they workwell to get the toolcat on a trailer

as for the primer bulb, having just gone thro this with block the bulb should recover quickly, take the outlet end off and pump, as no pressure on the outlet will be there it should pump freely and quickly recover, if not you have a restriction

Is there a rag covering the fuel screen or something in the tank causing a restriction on the suction side? You mentioned the bulb is slow to recover.

Are you sure fuel isn稚 at the injection pump, but the high pressure injection lines just need to be bled?

Is bleeding the high pressure lines a simple task? I will need specifics if I am going to give this a try.

if you take the outlet of the bulb and pump does fuel come out freely?

Yes, this is the FIRST thing to check. Does the bulb work? Why continue if it's not? THEN, bleed the filter.....and it sure doesn't take 100 squeezes. Then I would bleed at the pump to get the air out of the entire supply line. Then, if it doesn't start, crack the lines at the injectors and crank over engine until air stops coming out of lines.

I re-bled (above) the fuel filter multiple times. How do I bleed at the injectors? Do I need to rent a Romanian Gymnast to access the injectors?

Do you have a manual for this Toolcat? Draining fuel out of the filter is NOT going to bleed the air out of it. There should be some type of bleed valve ABOVE the filter. All of mine are on the top of the filter mounting assembly. Typically, it looks like a bolt. You can't bleed the injectors until the filter is completely full of fuel and there is NO air above it.

There may also be a bleed valve on the injector pump. This should be opened until fuel runs out of the supply side bleeder. After that, bleed each injector by loosening the tube nut and crank the engine until no bubbles show. Start with the shortest tube to the injectors. Tighten that tube nut then loosen the next and repeat for each injector. The last one you do should have the longest line. If they're all the same length, use the firing order for sequence. Be sure to wear eye protection and don't put your face close to the nut. All you want to do is loosen the nut--About one turn or less.

All bleeding must happen from the tank line to the injectors, in the order the fuel flows. There's no short cuts.

if the filter is full, fuel comes out the bleed valve on fuel rail and nothing is the fuel pump working? if you take the line off the injection pump and crank notor fuel should be coming out, if not the fuel pump is not working

I forgot to mention the engine may start and run before you get to the last injector. Continue the sequence until all injectors are bled. The injectors are not self-bleeding because air will compress and not open the injector port. The engine may run but will be rough. And close the nut tight before going to the next injector.

Did you ever get this running? Crack the nut for the injectors and wait for fuel to come out. Then you know you are primed up to the pump. If no fuel, something else is wrong.
