The same model of the tractor is often offered in various HP variants. In this size of tractors, usually from 25HP up to 50HP, with the only changes being the engine/engine tune. This is the case for pretty much all manufacturers.I hope the rest of the tractor, like transmission, differential gears & bearings, PTO etc. can handle that kind of power increase in the long run...
I doubt the designers oversized all of it that much, after all Kubota is in business to make a profit.
Oh well, each to his own.
Cheers
My tractor, at one point, was offered in 25HP, 30HP, 35HP, 40HP and 45HP, being the 2 later ones being a 3 cylinder 1.7L turbocharged engine. Now, they reduced it to 25HP, 35HP and 50Hp, while the later one gets a bigger and 4 cylinder 2.3L naturally aspired engine. Same transmission, same frame, same chassis, everything. I believe they only adjusted the gearing in the range gears for the 25HP variant.
