Lost a cedar. Deere made short work of hauling the debris.

A set of forks and/or a grapple are the most useful attachments ever conceived for a compact tractor. Maybe a little "spendy" but what you save in visits to your doctor and back surgery more than takes care of the price. My brother just signed the documents yesterday for a new John Deere 3046R cab tractor and I had to "work on him" to get the Frontier AV20 grapple included. He wants to wait on a set of forks but I will get him on board eventually. I know that a year from now he will thank me for pushing him to the grapple. I also love spending other peoples money.

While I have never yet needed a grapple, forks get used probably more than the bucket. So many jobs I could never do without them.

When I had the O/S 3320 like yours, I mounted a pair of convex "motorcycle" mirrors in each of the small holes at the top of the FEL mast. In the bottom picture - the smaller of the two holes just above the "warning" label.

plastikosmd - did you use the backhoe to remove any of the tree stumps?

If you did, curious to know how it performed.

Great idea! Any vibration issues affecting the visibility?

Yes, the 448 hoe is on the edge of 'large' for the machine but man can it dig.
I don't have an hoe pics,( here is from last spring popping a few small rocks)

I love the mirror idea and will do the same
