I've got an older FX24D & don't use it often (prob. once every 6 weeks). Is there anything I should do for the tractor or fuel (diesel) since it sits? Also, does this tractor have an engine block heater & if not, should I install one? I'm in VA, temps get down to teens & single digits up on the mountain sometimes.

I don't think is came with a block heater but this one could likely be added. BLOCK HEATER - 4�� WATT - SCREW IN - INCLUDES CORD: Yanmar Tractor Parts

Does it sit outside? Will it crank ok when temperatures are low by using the thermostart? If so, probably all you need.
