Rare, yes.
Piebald deer are rare, however not as rare as an albino. It is a true trophy buck or doe. I actually have a patient that has a full body mount of a piebald that he got a couple of years ago. It's mounted bedded down and it has its own spot on the couch. Its name is Snowball. I have a deer that has one white foot in my backyard, but no other signs of being a piebald. Haven't got any pictures of her yet though.
