Capacitors are about $10 (+/- $5) and a 2 minute fix, I wouldn't worry about it too much...

Yeah thats why after 7 years I haven't bothered on fixing it but it does get annoying when drill holes and have to shut off and reposition work piece then turn back on, sometime it starts sometimes I have to turn drill chuck. Where does one buy a capacitor online?

Amazon, eBay, Mouser or Digikey will all have capacitors.

Front of garage has boards diagonally because of two doors that are close together, theres no way to have 2x6s to go diagonally between them, I figure that it adds strength against wind, and along the sides I have 2x6s going diagonally between studs.
Arrow's point to inside diagonal studs.....

Back in days before world became plywood & den wood chips er cardboard diagonal T&G on horizontal studs very usual in high wind country. Also done on old multistory wid vertical "balloon" studs. Real carpenters recessed diaphram bracing into outside walls. Hung second floor joist on sides of studs too. Lot of faying surfaces & proper diagonal nailing. Dem de houses still standing after hurricane blows plywood places away. Proper connection delivers strength.

I finish my new short forks, had some truck spring that barely long enough to get 16" stick out. They're 1/2' thick so should be enough to lift logs and firewood, also good for making brush piles but not as good as grapples, that still remains on the I want list.........

I meant don't stress about the process of installing the capacitor, its not rocket surgery :)

Take the cover off the one that's on the motor, it'll have numbers on it (the farad rating is the upside down lowercase h or whatever latin letter that is...), find one with close numbers or a capacitor rated for a similar HP motor, there's some fudge factor in there... I don't remember what I changed a capacitor on before, but I just picked on on amazon rated for a similar motor and went with it and I think it still works? I'll think of what I changed it on sometime... that was several beers and years ago...

Rangerbob gave you good information but even with good info,it can still be confusing. The symbols you are looking for look like one of these 3 combined with a number µF, uF, or mF. The other relivant number will be a voltage rating (which is normally much higher than power supply to motor) 330vac & 440vac are real common. I'm not saying it's not possible but a dill press doesn't require a start capacitor but do sometimes use a run capacitor. 99% of times a start capacitor is cylinder shaped AND hard plastic. Run capacitors can be cylinder shape or oval shape and have steel cover. The ratings ( µF, uF, or mF,vac) are far different on run and start. Me tinks your press has a run cap and that's why those on ebay were so different to #s on your cap. Having siad all that, the symptoms for dead spot on motor winding is failure to start but run's with a "push start". A word on safty. Unless it say's "no pcbs" the gel inside contain pcbs and are bad news. Once in one thousand times a cap retain's a charge and can give you a real jolt. To safly handle a cap,lay a cover over it or turn your eyes away while shorting accross terminals. Once in one million the cap explode's when shorted. If that happens AND gel gets on you AND gel contain's pcbs, take a shower and call the emergency room. Needless to say, same precautions apply if cap has burst and leaked when it went out. Wear disposable gloves.

Now you scared me, if I cant just swap out a capacitor without getting a shock I better take the motor somewhere to someone that knows what their doing...
