Paragraph 6 only lets you cross the pipeline with streets and roads. It sounds like it prohibits you from installing utilities across the permanent easement. That paragraph may contradict other parts of the contract and should probably be re-worded.
Looks like paragraphs 5 and 6 may be contradiciting teach other because 5 says that :
I would want to get in writing (as an appendix?) what the "required and applicable spacings, including depth separation limits and other protective requirements" are and ensure that the pipeline depth will allow those to be installed.Grantor may also construct and/or install water, sewer, gas, electric, cable TV, telephone or other utility lines across the Permanent Easement Property at any angle of not less than forty five (45) degrees to Grantee痴 pipeline, provided that all of Grantee痴 required and applicable spacings, including depth separation limits and other protective requirements are met by Grantor.
