Gas leak Cub Cadey LT1018

My LT1018 has a gas leak at the bottom of the gas tank. Thinking it may have been the fuel line, I replaced it. No such luck....thing still leaks. Anyone else have a similar problem? If so, how did you fix? I'm in a rural location and it's a pain to load the thing up on a trailer and take it into a dealer.

Contact your local Cub Cadet immediately.

Please refrain from using the unit till the fuel leak is fixed.

Also, when you get on or off the tractor, DO NOT apply force to the gas tank cap(ie-using it as leverage to get off the tractor). This will cause the plastic tank to split/leak.

If your cub is less than 1 year old, the cub dealer will pick up,repair and return your mower without charge. Read your warranty packet, lots of good information /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
