She's fast, and deposits lots of iron. That picture was .045 wire on 1/4 inch flatbar. With .035 wire no problem making a honest 3/8 inch fillet weld traveling very fast.
Here is an .035 Lincoln L-56 wire.

Also probably called C10 (for 10% CO2). M2 must be a particular brand name

90/10 is the minumum mix to effectively do Spray Transfer on mig. ( Unless you want to mess with Praxair Stargon 77/20/3 which is 3% 02 it Gets you close to Spray but is a dated mix) 90/10 costs a little more than 75/25 but worth it in Spatter Reduction and you don't have to deal with the Oxidizers that Stargon has in it. You don't have to Spray with it you can run it short arc too. The big deal with high argon mixes up to 98/2 is that they are Pulse Friendly. If you have a pulse power supply, You would be doing it an injustice by running less than 90% Argon. When you get into Stainless, You will enjoy 98/2 or a mix with a little helium. For the most part, 90/10 trumps 75/25 for a little more $ and much less spatter. Bad news is it's not available in small cyllinders. Oh well.

Thankyou for the info:thumbsup:

Can you run it out of position also?

Yeah, It's the machine and wire more so than the gas for out of possition welding. ( i don't like out of possition welding. :) ) unless it's Aluminum on twin pulse. All you stick guys are the out of possition kings.

Havent you guys seen the razor commercial. Just use the right blade when you shave and it will turn your world upside down. I suppose you have to weld the top first before you shave.
