We USA folks are pretty spoiled to low gasoline prices. Of course I don't want to pay any more than I have to though /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I cant believe that we are still at the mercy of the giant oil tycoons-I barely remeber the gas lines of the 70's here we are 30 years later, still bitchin n moanin. We have the technology to do better but dont, everyone should boycott for just one day-anyway it is outrageous
$1.50 a gallon and they pump it for you! Apparently NJ government feels it is a safety hazard for people to pump their own gas. So each station has to provide this service. NO self service in NJ. Nice when its cold, not nice when they have 10 pumps and 1 guy on duty. AND if you ask they will check the oil and even do the windows. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gifStill we have some low prices when you figure they pump it for you.
Paid $1.74 per gallon of self-service regular at BP (amoco) yesterday, diesel was the same price. About the highest price I have ever paid in this area for the same fuel and station was about $1.80.
