That is great. When I have dealt with them they have been top notch. Just too bad they let this one slip out the way it did.

Gatormade 25+5 Elite I just purchased this unit on August 16,
I tried to order one to my specs. The battery was dead when I picked it up on a Saturday. There was no one
working that could check it to make sure. When I contacted the warranty person. They indicated I should return
this trailer to GatorMade. Upon returning the item It was discovered that the battery was no good. I also showed
the workers that there was rust where they had taken a trailer off the lot and provided me with part of what I ordered. I had tried to contact the President of the company and show them what Gator had made. No one was interested in this item once it had been paid for. My advice to anyone looking to buy a trailer is. Look elsewhere.

My lug nuts weren't tightened when I picked mine up at the factory. I was a little bothered by that but glad I checked them! The only other problem I've had is sloppy wiring but I knew about that ahead of time and I saved enough money that I will eventually re-wire it from scratch and not be upset about it. I've heard they now offer something like a "premium wiring option" that you can order from the factory.
