THANK YOU Clipse3GT and Fiziksgeek. I went to the website and sent him snippets myself. Also i went through the online parts catalog and found the differences between 1710 and 1720.

1720 has the protective light brackets. You can see those in my light thread. The Mid/Rear PTO speeds require higher engine speeds to attain the 2000/540 rpm levels. This is done since the 1720 has a bit more power and torque at those higher rpm levels. Thus you get a bit more PTO HP at the implements. The gauge cluster is a also a bit different on the 1720 mainly due to the hour counter and labels for PTO speed to RPM. You can also see that in my light thread.
