The loader valve has a float position, just push the joystick forward until it snaps into position. It can be hard but work it now while it's still under warranty.

I was surprised how hard it was the first time I used it, I really had to push the joystick forward but it's worked itself out and is easy now.. I think the trick is to raise the loader, start to lower it and push it forward hard before it hits the ground and it will go in the first time, it didn't seem to want to go into float when I was trying to find the float when the loader was already lifting the front end..
