None that I know of.

Apparently rebuilding the starter did not solve your problem?

Wow, this is getting interesting. White smoke? Compromised head gasket?? Is the oil cloudy/whitish? Trying to remember… white smoke indicates unburned and/or contaminated fuel? ijk

Nope, unfortunately the starter rebuild didn't solve the problem. Yes i believe the white smoke is un burned fuel. By the way it cranks 3 revolutions and then stops is leading me to believe that the cylinders are getting somewhat filled with fuel. I'm thinking of pulling the fuel lines and injectors so i can scope the cylinders just to be sure. I might also have a line on a local guy who knows these Iseki engines. No more 4 month breaks, I'll keep you updated. Oh, and the oil is normal colored, no coolant mixed in.

Ok, sorry about the delay again but it has been a very busy 2 weeks. I once again have a happy tractor!! Turns out it was the starter after all, the rebuild shop must have missed something. I just got through putting the new one in and i couldn't even blink in the time it took to start. I do appreciate all the treads out there, it gave me a lot of things to look at. Next is the bushings in the steering column, a tie-rod, and the rebuild the valvebody for the loader. The float doesn't work. Happy tractoring to everyone!!!!

the float function not staying lock in can be cause by fluid building up in the two inch long block
on the rear of valve bank for the joystick.
just remove it, and clean out the fliud in it.and your float lock will work again.
I need to do this 3-4 times a year on my 2310tlb, 2005 model.

I think there was a post about this 3 years ago when I was having the same problem
I put new seals in valve bank ,but it would still pass fluid over time, and your float lock would start
to kick off too easily , that's the time you would clean it out again.

the 2410 has the joystick valve bank under the rear fender, don't know if its still a problem or not.
