Gearbox rating for attachments

I have 63 pto horsepower on my tractor. A couple attachments I'm looking at have a gearbox rating of 60 horsepower. Is that 3 extra horsepower enough to blow out the gearbox?

The gearbox is rated to transmit 60hp. Anything past that isn't guaranteed to hold. You would likely be fine, but its asking for problems.

A weaker sheer pin or less tension on a slip clutch might help, but that's just a bandaid.
