As far as I know if you were to collapse all the cylinders (curl lift etc and hold) you could get more old fluid out but its probably not necessary. As far as bleeding the loader I highly doubt it needs that but ymmv.
One thing I do on unfamiliar fluid changes is measure the old fluid I drain out somewhat. For instance drain it into gallon jugs or a 5 gal pail etc and that gives you an idea how much to buy and how much can be put right in. hth
