Getting my butt kicked power issue

Wouldn't be surprised if there is a fusible link in the wiring somewhere.

I have a CT120. I lost my ignition switch and can’t start with the key. Power still goes to dashboard for engine temp and hours meter. Fuel gauge is inop because I had to replace the rotted out metal fuel tank with a plastic one. Can’t find the problem so I rigged a manual starter button and a fuel shutoff to stop the engine. Possibly the computer module which I am not going to buy.

Check and see if your power takeoff is in off position,will not start if lever is not complety off

More likely he found the problem and didn’t need the forum any more. For my part, I greatly appreciate everyone who takes the time to brainstorm and share their years of experience and expertise. It saddens me when people don’t acknowledge the generosity of others and many, many members here are incredibly generous with their time to help those in need.
