Oil & Fuel Getting pink spots on snow when using 3032E

I have a 4110 and I get red spots when blowing snow. I know exactly where it is coming from--hydro tranny--but I haven't got around to fixing it. I will when the weather gets warmer. In the meantime I keep a close eye on the fluid level. But, to the point, my hydro fluid is red.

Never changed the fluid?

I ran the tractor for about a half hour today and didn't notice any spotting. It is down to a half tank of fuel now also so not sure if that is influencing it. But......now the bucket on the front end loader rolls up slowly at a certain spot.
Think it's time to get rid of this tractor.....with a whopping 7 hours on it. Guess there is no lemon law for tractors.

Don't feel bad my 2320 has less than 250 hours and the water pump leaks when it is cold. Guess it's just one of those things. Still like the tractor though.

The hydro oil that came with my 790 when bought new was red.

The oil I bought from them to do my first change was clear.

Bingo, so was mine.

As I posted earlier, I have a new holland t1110 boomer (1030 is new model number), and see a few red spots in snow after plowing. I have no red fluids in the tractor. I haven't gotten around to telling my dealer. 109 hrs on it.

Yes, I have changed the fluid. The new was rather clear (sort of a light amber) but it still shows red in the sight glass and drips red spots, Funny thing is, it only drips when the snow blower is working extra hard--drift or very deep wet snow. Never drips when parked or under "normal use".

Maybe the lemon is on the seat?

I see pink spots in the snow also with my 2010 JD 4320. Like others, I've checked for leaks and found none. I use off road diesel fuel which is pink and I'm thinking it could be unburnt fuel/dye from the exhaust. Anyway I will be looking closer to prove/disprove this theory as soon as we get some snow.

Same thing happened to me a few yrs ago with my 3203, asked here and nobody could pinpoint it. It did it for 3 yrs, never found the source. Just dealt with it and watched for low fluids, which never happened.
Now this yr with my 3720 I get the same pink spots. Sometimes they are on the right side, sometimes the left, but always seem to be on the inside edge of the tire track. No pink/red fluids in this tractor either. Still seems baffling to me But just deal with it I guess.........

Can you swirl a paper towel around the inside edge of the exhaust pipe, & see if it comes out pink/ red?
