GIF Animator

I used to have a free to download GIF animator on this 'puter before I had to do a restore. Now I can't find it on the 'net anywhere. I have no idea of the name either. All the ones I can find now are either Java based or some such. This one let you add your pics in and then would animate them at the touch of a button. Then you could save it as a GIF file. Anyone know of one like this?

Search Google for GIF Constructor, or check out shareware.com or download.com. There should be a number of programs that do this.
