Glad To Have Our Own Eggs

I crack eggs with the sharp edge of a kitchen knife. Mom used the blunt side, but I prefer this way. Shell in eggs happens, never thought of it twice, maybe I should start now even the eggs are local free range.

the issue hear is most people (like everyone i know) who eats a "fried egg" or sunny side up.... will want a runny yellow yolk. = not fully cooked

I love mine sunny side up! I just can't believe no one corrected you on the color! Real egg yolks are orange! Lots of beta cartine in pastured chicken's eggs.

I never clean my eggs with anything more than a little bit of water on a paper towel. And then only the dirty spot. Cleaning eggs washes away the bloom, which is a coating on the outside of the egg that seals them from bacteria and helps keep them fresh. I rarely get a dirtly egg anyway. Maybe if one of the girls' feet are dirty.
And I've taken to keeping my eggs I am using the European way, unrefrigerated. They were just taking up too much room in the fridge, so I take out the carton I am drawing from and set it on a shelf over the kitchen counter. Of course, I'm not feeding the elderly or kids either, but it seems to work overseas...

Good point, but still environmentally influenced.

I take my big evil corporation store bought eggs, raised by big evil corporation chicken/egg farms, out of the environmentally friendly styrofoam container (which I burn and make big plumes of black smoke in the sky), do not wash them, crack them on the edge the pan and cook them so the whites are no longer transparent but the yolks are still runny.

Mmmmmmmmm Mmmmmmmm Goooooooood! :D

I do however cook my pork all the way...

I've always blasted them with high pressure water and then put them immediately in the refridgerator. Am I really not supposed to do that?

Sometimes they are covered with piss or crap and I'm not cool with keeping scat in my reefer next to my other food.
