global/euro attachment adapters dimensions question...

Today I bought a Euro global loader to skid steer attachment adapter black . The top hooks do not fit. Best I can tell on my TN60A with GB 330 loader the top tubing is 2" OD schedule 40 tubing. Is this a non standard size for a euro/global quick attach? The hooks on the purchased adapter from euro/global to universal skid steer are only sized to fit (around) a 1.5" OD pipe. Does my loader have a non-standard sized tube on top or is the inside diameter of the hook on the adapter I bought the non-standard size? After a few weeks of messing with it i've come to realize that is both correct and incorrect.

GB had a dimension for their particular QA brackets which look similar but not exact matches to a global/euro QA. I attempted to call the place I bought the adapter from and reason with them. It did not go particularly well.

Prior to driving 300 miles to pick up the adapter I sent them the model of the loader, pictures of the loader, pictures of the quick attach and pictures of the bucket I have that attaches to the quick attach. They said for sure it was global/euro.

When I got home it required some welding/torching to make it fit (but not fit well). Ended up bending one of the QA pins. Sent adapter back willing to take blame for modifying the attachment (after trying to call them repeatedly) and pay for parts to make it into GB style. They wanted $650 to modify the $800 adapter. No go. They called back said $450 I said no, dont touch it until I give you the okay. They redid it anyways. Do I go spend $450 and get it back or just start modifying everything to fit something different?

Sorry, but if the GB devise doesn't match the dimensional criteria for the euro/global cover, it is non-standard. So I was both correct and correct. Having dealt with both loader attachment and wheel / rim manufacturers for custom built pieces over my 20 year dealership experience, I can tell you you are on your own here. Good luck with whatever you decide.
