When it gets really cold, I find gloves don’t help me all that much. If my hands are moving and working, I don’t wear gloves or mittens at all. Well, full disclosure I would never wear a mitten. :laughing: seems like something kids wear.
We were framing a 2 story garage in 10-15* temps and as long as the hammers, nail guns and saws were going and the lumber was being carried, the hands stay warm.
I do have an excellent pair of US made cold weather insulated gloves for when the excrement hits the fan and you are outside, but not working with your hands.
