We have this over here, I dont know if it's available in the states, it is very strong but can be released with acitone.

5200 is pretty amazing stuff. I almost think you could make tires with it.

Run a test with LOCTITE "Stick'nSeal ORIGINAL" waterproof adhesive available in a tube at Lowe's, etc. I used it over a year ago to glue down (with no fasteners) some 1/4" rubber matting on my 3010 Mule floorboard and it's still as tight as first applied-real sticky stuff-took a few days and a lot of hot soapy water to finally wear off of my fingers as I had no solvent to remove it during application.
