On the clutches: I said was the Ford 10.5" ltd slip rear clutches WEAR OUT quickly. I know from the repair bill. Never seen any complaints about G-80's wearing out.

I'd take a G-80 over a sterling anyday. Anyone who wouldn't has the blue oval blinders on. Let's put it this way: Give me a reason to take a 10.5" sterling over a 11.5" G-80 (other than the blue oval stamped on the sterling case)

No reason at all. Like I said I looked at getting the Eaton G80 lockers for both of my SuperDutys. Once I educated myself on them I realized I would not be happy with them after have REAL Electric Lockers in my Titan.

Dont get me wrong, the Eaton G80 locker is a good inexpensive solution but its not even close to being on par with a Electric Locker or Air Locker.

Now go plow that snow, you have some money to make. I know thats what I would be doing if I were back at my second home, Chester County.

Sure glad someone loves those GM and Dodges so maybe us taxpayers will get some of our money back! It's still a rotten deal that bankruptcy didn't really mean bankruptcy to those two companies. All they did was write off the dept to the suckers who bought their bonds but not to the unions who helped to bring them down.

May seem like water under the dam to some but I'm not real happy seeing my taxes wasted on a rig like this GMC that very few will ever buy.

I am in complete agreement with you. These yahoo's in md. subsidize sports franchises too. That really steams me.

We have both 11 Fords & 11 GM's , Fords are fine, why that is we are trying to figure out in the middle of a snow storm .
