Golden Ray wreck

I've followed this but information was pretty sketchy.The one thing that seems to be ignored is the apparent location of the wreck is either on or near a "cable zone". Do the "Authorities" not look at the charts? Maybe there are no active cables there? It should be some that's considered when formulating salvage plans. bjr
