Actually I'm fine, thanks. I thought my mornings were going to be tied up for a while, but looks like it will be be intermittent.

Oh bull roar, the real intermittent is in your warped brain cells, because the rest of us know what with TBN available 24/7/365 there is NO excuse for not being here...and we know you don't want to miss a chance to rag any of us. Temp has dropped to 47 degrees, supposed to get as low as mid-20's tonight. Am cleaning and storing snowblowers and tractor back blade and getting out and cleaning patio furniture...maybe I have the process backward....:laughing:

Snow squall yesterday morning, rain & fog later. 66*F & cloudy today, really put a dent in the snow. We have some bare patches now. Rain tomorrow and maybe 1-2 inches of snow early Wednesday AM.

Good Afternoon. 1730, mostly cloudy, 83F with 54% humidity. Forecast low of 67F tonight with 100% chance of thunderstorms, some possibly severe, and a high of 67F with 100% chance of rain tomorrow.

I couldn't stand it, I had to do more planting before the rain and the full moon got here. So I was at the Co-Op when it opened at 0700 to buy more seed. I planted more corn, peas, three kinds of beans, two kinds of squash and set out onion plants and bulbs, and 8 Jalapeno plants. So now there is some green in the garden. I even went without my shirt for about an hour and got a little too much sun. It was a good day though, and I got a lot done, even if I had to finish my weight workout at work. The place smells like charbroiled hamburgers anyway from the party yesterday leaving the Game Room doors open while they were grilling, so no one is likely to complain about me smelling.

I did my taxes back in March. I already paid the free loaders an extra grand. Only have $1600.oo left to pay.

We sent our check to Uncle Sugar today. I like to wait until the next to last day. Not that I'm making much interest on the money, but it's the principle of the thing. All that said, we are blessed to be in a situation where we have to pay taxes. I know a few of the Earned Income Families, and while they don't make good choices with the money they have, all the ones I know work for low wages at jobs I wouldn't want to do. And maybe one day I will be on the receiving end like my Mamma. At 86 she has been drawing SS for 24 years, and half of Daddy's VA Disability since he died 12 years ago. I kid her that she makes more money watching the Andy Griffith Show than I do working every day.

55F steady stiff breeze,touching 60's for high than wet moves in later today..heavy rains sleet touch of snow before all said and done.
Only snow left where been push into piles etc.,by the looks couple more weeks before gone.

man is it raining here in the Shenandoah Valley of VA. Rained all night, more than a half inch so far, and the radar looks like plenty more to come.
Tonight the clearing system brings "super" cold air into the area again, and there are freeze warnings out all over for mid twenties in some places. And it was 81 yesterday...

66 and rain getting underway. Seemed stormy and humid all day yesterday, but no rain until this morning. Asparagus is up, and apples began blooming yesterday, but 29F predicted tonight.

50*F, cloudy with ground fog hanging above the snow. Rainy day followed by snow overnight is still the forecast.

We still have over 90% snow cover. The last 6-8 inches is all heavy slush and goes away slowly. Sunday we were south of here and noted the snow cover disappears about 15 miles from here.

Great morning! Temp. 14F going for 28. Winds NNW 10-20 mph. chance of snow, but I think I will change that to 100% as it is snowing right now. We got three inches so far and it is forecast for another three before it is all said and done. The snowblower is off and the loader is on, so I will clear it with the loader.

GM all...23 degrees here and there is about 2 inches of snow on the ground....a near 40 degree temp swing in 24 hours. In a word....WEIRD!!!! (like me) Fixing breakfast tacos soon, then off to Goodwill, same old same old routine but at my age that is fine. Set a new record for winter operating hours on the tractor (31) which gives you an idea of how much snow we had locally. Back in the winter of 2012 the operating hours were 6 !!

Drinking second cup of coffee. 27° with bright sunny skies. Heading to 50° with lots of sun and no wind to speak of. Drove into a head wind all day yesterday. Made it to Iola, KS. It was bad one for one of our fellow RVer's. Totaled their fifth wheel trailer yesterday to the wind. They are OK.

60 degrees right now and raining to the west of us, dry here so far, but we will get our share
tomorrow will be cold and chance of freezing again. had a few nice days anyway and more to come.
Had a grass fire in town yesterday came close to burning down a home, homeowner at fault as he was burning grass in a field and the fire got away from him.
Wonder if people will ever learn?
