new little Makita line trimmer came in late yesterday, disappointed that it's a pretty wimpy single string model, but then I wanted the

need to go to supermarket and get a few things this morning, as I have a special date with my 94 y.o. MIL tomorrow afternoon. Going to pick her up and bring her

He said he put in an offer on a fixer up home near Perkasie and he was one of 14 offers, all at full price, and he made it to the last round and
didn't get the house. No contingencies at all, no home inspection, as is and full inflated price. Not a great time to be finding value in home buying.
